• Bank Assistance:
1- Setting up bank appointments, acquiring essential documents, and offering translation services.

• Negotiations & Mediation:

• Final Agreement and Legal Representation:
1- Provision of legal counsel during the concluding agreement along with translations and assistance.

Exclusions:

  • End notary fee: 1-2% of the property’s total cost.
  • Greek property purchase tax.
  • External professional evaluations.
  • Flight and accommodation expenses for your Greece visit.
  • Costs associated with translating documents in your country, including notary fees and apostille stamping.

• Miscellaneous pre-agreement notary fees.
